@GarlandJudyFan Yea I feel i was born in the wrong era and I'm 28. Also a huge Judy Garland fan,also a Liza minnelli fan and met her. Music now doesn't have the same quality to it anymore

The closest thing we had in the last 30 years to Barbra, with the higher chest voice control and impeccable sound quality was Whitney Houston, and still it's nowhere near as good as Barbra. This woman looks almost like she's possessed when she sings, like as if she taps into some weird part of her mind :S

jayellefarmer, I played guitar for 43 years, and I believe we are operating under different terminology! The Beatles & Stones are definitely rock and/or R & B, and compared to them, Barbra is "popular"...Sinatra was mostly popular, as well. Every generation redefines the labels, but the music is GREAT, don't you agree??
